Lotus Feet LLC for selling Golu/Kolu Dolls and Gift Items.

All pictures, graphics, and logos included in the site is the property of Lotus Feet and protected by
Copyright & other laws that protect Intellectual Property & Proprietary rights. You will not copy, modify, publish or in any other way exploit in full or in part of the content.
Sale of Goods & services:
Golu Dolls and Gift items are available on our site for sale. The goods will be paid for when ordered. All information/ description/Images/size/Colors that are provided on the website are as accurate as possible. However, there may be some small difference in Size.
(For Example, if a product is listed as 15 inch in length, the actual size may vary by couple of inches on some dolls)
Color Variations: As different computer screens reproduce colors slightly different, there may be a color variation when you see a Doll on the website and when you physically receive them.
Shipping Policy:
Orders received before 2 PM EST will be shipped in 3-4 Business Days, though we will try to ship as immediately as possible. We use FEDEX Ground at this point of time.
Returns & Exchange:
Due to the seasonal nature of this business, we do not take back or exchange any goods once they are shipped out of our facility.
Cancellation:
Orders placed online can be cancelled by sending us an email at lotusfeet2010@gmail.com within 2 hours of placing the order with a subject line “Order Cancellation”.
Dolls Damaged in Transit:
We have been shipping dolls for the past 10 plus years. We take extreme care in packing the dolls. (Once you see our packing, you will understand this) The damaged dolls percentage is less than 1%. This means for every 1000 dolls shipped, the actual dolls damaged in transit are less than 10.
Despite the efforts, if you receive a doll damaged in transit, please provide us a Video of when you opened the shipment, along with the picture of the damaged doll and the box.
We will work out a solution for you.
Payments & Shipping outside of US:
We accept Visa/Master/Discover Credit & Debit Cards/ PayPal/ Zelle Bank Transfers. Our website is SSL Certified (SSL - Secure Sockets Layer, a security protocol that creates an encrypted link between a web server and a web browser) This helps safeguard your sensitive information private and secure.
Deliveries outside of US: Your purchase may be subject to Import Duties and Taxes.
You are responsible for payment of all additional charges.
Limitation of Liability:
Lotus Feet LLC and our employees/ Executive members/Directors/Affiliates & third parties will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages and expenses including legal fees from your use of the site.
Indemnity:
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Lotus Feet, its employees, Executive Members, Directors, Affiliates and third parties for any losses, costs, liabilities, expenses (including any attorney costs) relating to or arising out of your use of or inability to use the site or services or your violation of these terms and conditions.
Applicable Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
Arbitration:
In the event you and Lotus Feet are not able to resolve any dispute through informal discussion, then both parties agree to submit the issue before a neutral arbitrator. The decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding.
Changes to Terms:
Lotus feet reserves the right in its sole discretion to amend the terms from time to time to maintain compliance with the law and to reflect any changes to the way we operate our site. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions.
