RETURNS & CANCELLATION

Returns & Exchange:

Due to the seasonal nature of this business, we do not take back or exchange any goods once they are shipped out of our facility.

Cancellation:

Orders placed online can be cancelled by sending us an email at lotusfeet2010@gmail.com within 2 hours of placing the order with a subject line “Order Cancellation”.

Dolls Damaged in Transit:

We have been shipping dolls for the past 10 years. We take extreme care in packing the dolls. (Once you see our packing, you will understand this) The damaged dolls percentage is less than 1%. This means for every 1000 dolls shipped, the actual dolls damaged in transit are less than 10.

Despite the efforts, if you receive a doll damaged in transit, please provide us a Video of when you opened the shipment, along with the picture of the damaged doll and the box. 

We will work out a solution for you.

 Deliveries outside of US: Your purchase may be subject to Import Duties and Taxes. You are responsible for payment of all additional charges.
